We reserved airport service from a hotel in New Rochelle to JFK in a large SUV. They arrived on time, but we were running 10 minutes late. We are so thankful they were kind enough to give us a courtesy call before leaving. They were very professional and got us to the airport on the best route on a Monday morning at the back end of rush hour (~8:30AM). They had a very user-friendly booking service online that gave us an immediate rate. I will absolutely use Black Tie Car Service again!

Black Tie was my best find ever.(last minute booking) On time, professional courteous. Easy to book. Timely responses to calls and emails. Not to mention beautiful vehicles, clean and pristine. Definitely would recommend and I will use them again. Thank you Freddy for making an easy booking. Thank you Tamar for you service. Truly a professional and very safe driver.

Best car service in New York City hands down. Took a roundtrip with a sprinter van up to New Hampshire, the van was clean and cable TV was reliable. Our driver Chris was professional and arrived early upon pickup. 10/10 and will use again in the future.

Hansel was an excellent driver and we had a great time in the limo sprinter van. Everything was clean, communication was excellent and he was on time and extremely professional. We could not have asked for a better experience and we will be using Black Tie again!

I hired Black Tie and their 14 person van to tour my team around NYC. They were highly responsive and Lance was a fantastic driver - so considerate and kind! We had one mishap with a drop off address but Lance was quick to get us to the correct spot.

Our driver was extremely polite and knowledgeable about avoiding traffic. He arrived an hour earlier than scheduled due to our flight arriving much earlier than scheduled. Would recommend this service.

Used them for our wedding and everything went smooth. On time, no stress, and the van was clean and comfortable. Would definitely use again.

The vehicle was clean and tidy, but my friends and I expect a little more luxury with the vehicle. However , overall a good experience . Thanks Ana for being helpful.
